DELIVERY TERMS

Your order is shipped FREE OF CHARGE and INSURED.

Alpay Jewellery is responsible for your order until it is delivered to you by the shipping company.

Your order will be handed over to the shipping company within 5 business days. All wedding band products and items that are not in stock will be produced as a special order and shipped within 5 business days.

For insurance coverage, please check if the package is damaged when the courier delivers it. If the package is damaged, request a report and do not accept the delivery.

All shipments are sent as GIFT PACKAGES in special packaging and a dedicated product box.

1. The products in your order will be shipped within 5 business days, provided they are in stock.

SHIPPING AND SHIPPING COSTS

1- What is the shipping cost?

Shipping is free of charge for all purchases made from our online store within Turkey.

2- When will my order be delivered?

For home delivery, your order will be shipped via Loomis Cargo and delivered within 5 business days. Please note that deliveries to remote areas may take slightly longer. During public holidays and festive periods, shipping companies do not operate, so your delivery will be made on the next business day.

3- How can I track my order? Where is my shipment?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an SMS and email notification. You can track your package by clicking the tracking link provided in the email.

If you placed your order using a registered account, you can log in and track your shipment by clicking on the tracking link under the relevant order.
