WARRANTY, RETURN, AND EXCHANGE POLICY
To request an exchange, please fill out the "Product
Return and Exchange Form" provided with your order and send it back to
us.
Products that have been altered, deformed, or lost their
original form are not covered under warranty. All return and exchange approvals
are subject to evaluation by our professional quality control team.
Jewelry purchased from our Online Store can be returned
within 14 days from the delivery date, in accordance with the Distance
Sales Agreement, for a full refund.
According to Article 15 of the Distance Contracts
Regulation, the right of withdrawal (cancellation and return) does
not apply to ring orders, as ring sizes are prepared specifically for each
customer. Wedding bands with engravings are not eligible for return. If
a ring has been resized by adding material, the cost of the additional material
will be charged. Please note that not all products are eligible for resizing.
To exercise the right of return, the withdrawal decision
must be communicated to alpayjewellery.com within the 14-day
period.
Jewelry made upon special requests, with customized metal
types, colors, or additional modifications, cannot be returned under the right
of withdrawal.

or through the contact information available on our website.
The product must be delivered to Alpay Jewellery within 14
days from the shipping date. Any shipping fees or customs duties incurred
during this process are the responsibility of the customer.
The product must:
- Be
unused, with tags intact, and in its original, resalable condition
- Have
an invoice date not exceeding 14 days
- Be
returned with its invoice, certificate, delivery note, and any
accompanying gift items
Products that do not meet these conditions will not be
eligible for return or exchange.
Custom orders made with yellow gold or white gold
are considered special orders and are not eligible for return or
exchange. Similarly, all rings are produced to specific measurements and
cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returned items must be sent to the address provided, with
all accessories and documents included, in the original packaging. The original
invoice must be included, as VAT and other legal charges will not be
refunded without the original invoice.
The customer is responsible for the package until it reaches the return address. In exchange transactions, the price of the new product cannot be lower than the previous product's price. Gold jewelry is excluded from exchange requests. Returns must comply with the "Right of Withdrawal" terms outlined in Article 9 of the Distance Sales Agreement.
